Institutional-grade wealth advice for individuals and families

Real advice,
no gimmicks.

A lot of financial 'advice' in India comes with a commission attached. Qwark's doesn't — one flat yearly fee, and nothing from any fund, insurer or broker.

How Qwark works

Everything you own in one clear view, advice that keeps up as it changes, and an adviser paid only by you.

01

Aggregate

Connect your banks, mutual funds, equity, FDs, NPS and insurance once, through the RBI Account Aggregator framework. Qwark reads your whole book — read-only, always.

02

Diagnose

A clear picture of your financial health, recomputed the moment your holdings change — in plain language, no jargon.

03

Act

One next best action at a time, with the reasoning shown. You decide; we never move your money.

Many financial products earn more the more your money moves. Qwark earns only the fee you pay — never from where your money goes.

See Qwark in motion

One minute, and you'll know what Qwark is

Every account read in and verified, updated as it moves — the health score, the goal, and the portfolios that follow from it, in motion.

Every account, verified — in one place

See all features

A financial health score, out of 100

Qwark scores every account you hold — not just the ones you remembered to mention — across things like SIP discipline, how your money is spread, and whether you have enough set aside for emergencies, then updates the score and the single next best step each time your holdings change. No jargon, no wall of charts.

Plan a goal, see the portfolios that get you there

Name a goal — retirement, or simply growing wealth — and Qwark works out how much you'll need and the monthly SIP to get there, based on all your accounts. Then it shows you a menu of portfolio options matched to how much risk you're comfortable with, with calmer and bolder alternatives at each SIP level, updated as your holdings move. Figures are estimates, not assurances.

Rebalancing, holding by holding

Qwark watches your allocation continuously, and the moment it drifts from target, lays out the exact buy, sell and hold steps — per instrument, with the amounts, computed from your verified holdings — so acting on advice takes minutes, not a weekend.

Trust, built into the structure

More on security
Read-only by design

Qwark can see your accounts to advise you. It can never move or withdraw your money.

RBI-regulated rails

Built on India's Account Aggregator framework. Bank-grade encryption end to end.

Never sold

Your data is yours. We don't sell it, and we don't run ads against it.

Paid only by you

The only money Qwark makes is the fee you pay it. It isn't paid a commission by any fund, insurer or broker, so nothing is riding on the advice it gives.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

What is Qwark?

Qwark is a fee-only SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (INA300016871) for India's mass-affluent, offered by Waterchest Technologies Private Limited. Through the RBI Account Aggregator framework, Qwark reads your accounts across instrument classes with your consent, and its advice recomputes automatically as your holdings change. The only money Qwark earns is the membership fee a member pays.

Which platforms can I use Qwark on?

Qwark is available now on Android via Google Play, on iPhone via the App Store, and on the web at app.qwark.in.

How does Qwark make money?

Qwark earns only the membership fee a member pays, nothing else. As a fee-only SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (INA300016871), we take no commission, no brokerage, and no distribution rebate on anything we advise. That fee is one flat, visible number: the core view of your money is free, and Advisory is ₹5,699 a year (or ₹499 a month), stated openly. See the pricing page for what each includes.

Why does fee-only matter?

Many financial apps and products are free, or nearly free, at the point of use because they earn money elsewhere — through commission, brokerage, distribution rebates, or order flow tied to the products they route you into. In that structure, the provider can be paid more when your money moves a particular way, so the incentive sits behind the product rather than beside you, and the cost is real even though it is never shown to you as a fee. Qwark is built the other way: as a fee-only SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (INA300016871), the only consideration we take is the membership fee a member pays, stated as one flat number in the open — no commission, no brokerage, no distribution rebate anywhere behind the advice.

Can Qwark move or withdraw my money?

No. Qwark is read-only by design. It can see your accounts to advise you through the Account Aggregator framework, but it can never move, withdraw, or transact your money.

Does Qwark use AI?

Yes. Qwark uses AI tools to help generate your guidance, and shows the reasoning behind it. A SEBI Registered Investment Adviser remains responsible for the advice, and you always make the final decision.

Can I use Qwark if I already have investments?

Yes. Through the Account Aggregator framework, Qwark reads your existing holdings across instrument classes — bank, mutual funds, equity/demat, ETFs, FD/RD, bonds, NPS, and insurance — with your consent, so the advice reflects your whole book rather than only what you remember to enter by hand. It does not guarantee any outcome or return.

Is my data secure?

Your data is shared only with your explicit consent through the RBI-regulated Account Aggregator framework, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold. The privacy policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared.
