Qwark is operated by Waterchest Technologies Private Limited. Investment advisory services are provided by a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser. The disclosures below are made in line with the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 and the SEBI Advertisement Code for Investment Advisers. 1. Investment Adviser registration
Investment advice is provided by Suman Tiwari, a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (Registration No. INA300016871). Waterchest Technologies Private Limited operates the Qwark application and website.

Qwark operates on a fee-only basis. We do not earn commissions, brokerage, or distribution rebates from any product or provider. Advisory fees, where applicable, are charged in accordance with SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations.
5. Use of artificial intelligence
Qwark uses artificial-intelligence tools to help generate financial insights and guidance. In accordance with SEBI guidelines, the Registered Investment Adviser remains solely responsible for the advice provided and for compliance, irrespective of the extent of AI used. You always make the final decision.
6. Nature of services
Account consolidation and the financial health score are informational. Personalised investment advice is provided only after a suitability assessment, to clients of the Registered Investment Adviser, and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific security for any other person.
7. Data and the Account Aggregator framework
Financial data is accessed only with your explicit consent through the RBI-regulated Account Aggregator framework, on a read-only basis. You may revoke consent at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how information is collected, used, stored, and shared.
8. Grievance redressal
For any complaint, write to support@qwark.in. If unresolved, you may escalate to SEBI through the SCORES platform (scores.sebi.gov.in) and to the BASL grievance mechanism applicable to Investment Advisers.
